Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our staff and assist with daily office operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Conduct research and gather information as directed by management
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing expenses
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport is mandatory for this position
