A reputable medical facility in Sakaka is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients for diagnostic testing, transfusions, donations, and research purposes. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process
- Identify and label blood samples accurately
- Follow proper sterilization procedures
- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures
- Monitor patient's vital signs during blood drawing
- Ensure proper disposal of used needles and other materials
- Maintain accurate records of collected samples
- Communicate with lab technicians regarding any issues or concerns with samples

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Phlebotomist preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
