Instrument Technician

Our company in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and experience working with various types of equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various types of instruments and control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on instrumentation
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working with electrical systems
- Document all maintenance activities accurately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician
- Diploma or degree in instrumentation or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of various types of instruments and control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
- Experience working in the African or Egyptian oil and gas industry
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Qatar
