Indian Restaurant Manager in Doha
We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.
- Monitor food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred with excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
