Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1700$
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time (flexible hours)
Nationality: Indian or Egyptian preferred (other nationalities welcome)
Language Skills: Basic English required (no fluency necessary)
