Nurse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with previous experience in a nursing role and strong leadership skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff and ensuring that high-quality care is provided to our patients. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Ensure that all nursing procedures are carried out correctly and according to established standards
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Train new nursing staff and provide ongoing education for current staff
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
