Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented according to customer preferences. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Head Chef to create new menu items and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you will oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef's absence, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. You must also have prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, with proven leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Your knowledge of food safety regulations and excellent communication skills will be essential in effectively managing the kitchen team.
