We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Medina. As a Malayalee restaurant, we require someone who is familiar with the culture and cuisine of Kerala, India. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a restaurant and must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential for this role. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for financial management, staff scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including hiring and training staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability.
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs while maintaining labor budget targets.
- Monitor expenses and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the restaurant.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback on performance.
- Train new employees on policies, procedures, menu items, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in Malayalam.
- Previous experience in managing a restaurant is required.
- Strong understanding of Malayalee cuisine and culture is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must have strong financial management skills with knowledge of budgeting and cost control methods.
