Head Chef
As the Head Chef of our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. We are seeking an experienced and talented chef who is passionate about creating delicious and innovative dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus to ensure variety and quality of food offerings
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and maintaining a positive work environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create unique and appealing menus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Urdu or Arabic are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary:
1500$ per month
