Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with management team to create menus and promotional offers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural preferences
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Salary:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1400$. Accommodation will also be provided.
