Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
A reputable company in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of the Indian market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
