Welder for Steel Fabrication

We are currently hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to fabricate steel structures and components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This job requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in welding, preferably in the steel fabrication industry. Fluency in English is preferred, and Indian nationality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment according to safety guidelines
- Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Assist in other fabrication tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in welding, preferably in steel fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (preferred)
- Indian nationality (preferred)
