Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data related to land and its features. Your main goal will be to accurately measure and map out different properties, making sure that all measurements are precise and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be required to analyze survey data, prepare reports, and communicate with clients about the results of your surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collecting data on land boundaries, topography, structures, and other relevant features
- Analyzing survey data using computer software to create maps and models
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate mapping of land features
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress
- Preparing reports on survey findings for clients or government agencies
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all survey work
- Maintaining accurate records of all survey data collected
- Keeping up-to-date with new technology and techniques in the field of land surveying
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills for accurately measuring distances and angles
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveys
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and other professionals
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail for producing accurate survey results
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Lusail
