A reputable florist shop in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing them with expert advice and suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to customer requests and seasonal availability
- Maintaining inventory levels by ordering flowers and supplies as needed
- Keeping the shop clean and organized at all times
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in choosing the perfect flowers for their occasion
- Preparing flower arrangements for delivery or pickup
- Collaborating with team members to come up with creative ideas for new products or displays

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Florist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of floral design techniques, trends, and tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Own visa (sponsorship transfer not available)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
