Contract Administrator in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Contract Administrator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all contract agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, making it an excellent opportunity for those without prior experience. However, candidates with prior experience in administration or contract management will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain records of all contract agreements and related documents
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of contracts
- Prepare reports on contract status for management review
- Assist with negotiations and amendments to existing contracts as needed
- Ensure all parties involved adhere to contractual obligations and deadlines
- Monitor budget allocations for each contract and report any discrepancies
- Provide support to other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
- Previous experience in administration or contract management preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
