Office Assistant
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant for our company located in Al-Khor. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Keep office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for employees
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and purchase orders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
