Administrative Secretary in Yanbu
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team in Yanbu. As an administrative secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and setting up conference rooms
- Maintain filing system for important documents and records
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Greet visitors in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative secretary or similar role is preferred
- Fluent English language skills are required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
