Senior Petroleum Engineer


We are currently hiring a Senior Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. This position is specifically intended for Pakistani or Malayalee candidates, and no English proficiency is required. As a Senior Petroleum Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing oil and gas production processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry, with a strong understanding of drilling techniques, well completion methods, and reservoir engineering. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and achieve production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct reservoir simulations and analysis to determine optimal production strategies
- Design and implement drilling plans for both onshore and offshore operations
- Monitor well performance and identify opportunities for production enhancements
- Collaborate with geologists and geophysicists to evaluate potential oil and gas reserves
- Lead field studies to assess the feasibility of new exploration areas
- Develop cost-effective solutions to minimize operational risks
- Provide technical support to junior engineers and mentor their professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry with proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, and reservoir engineering principles
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software such as Eclipse or Petrel
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
