Land Surveyor Assistant

We are in need of a Land Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate will assist our experienced land surveyors in conducting surveys for various construction and development projects. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience, as training will be provided by our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the land surveyors in conducting surveys using various equipment and tools.
- Help set up and operate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels.
- Record data and measurements accurately.
- Prepare sketches and drawings based on field observations.
- Assist in the preparation of survey reports and other documentation.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and geometry.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit to walk long distances, carry equipment, and perform manual labor tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid visa and work permit for Oman (we do not provide visa sponsorship).
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month. We also offer additional benefits such as health insurance and annual leave.

This position is based in Nizwa, a historic city located in the heart of Oman's mountains. The city offers a rich cultural experience with its traditional souqs, historic fortresses, and stunning natural landscapes.
