Merchandiser
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and ensure that products are displayed attractively and strategically in order to catch the attention of potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Build relationships with store personnel and negotiate prime shelf space for products
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotions and campaigns
- Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for future promotions or product orders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and move merchandise for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized displays

Location:
This position is based in Al Buraymi, Oman. Omani nationals or residents with valid work permits are preferred.
