Barista - Al Buraymi, Oman



As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will greet and interact with customers, take orders, prepare drinks, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented individual with experience in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to customers
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Ensure quality control by consistently following recipes and measurements
- Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required (12 pass preferred)
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
