Online Tutor


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Tutor to join our virtual education team. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction to students in a virtual setting. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online tutoring sessions with students, utilizing various teaching tools and resources
- Create lesson plans and provide individualized instruction based on each student's needs and learning style
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors and educators to develop new teaching strategies
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other team members via email, video conferencing, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and student progress for reporting purposes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in virtual education methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or educator, preferably in an online setting
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools such as video conferencing software, interactive whiteboards, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple students at once
- Own visa is preferred

Salary: 1700$ (Negotiable based on qualifications)
