Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, customer satisfaction, and staff management. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment for our employees and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
- Train and supervise staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and special events to attract new customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is an asset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
