Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Dukhan. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative tasks, including but not limited to coordinating office activities, managing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations
- Manage paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR-related tasks such as payroll and benefits administration
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
- Train new administrative staff members and provide ongoing support to the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. This position is open to individuals with their own visa.
