Indian Chef in Lusail
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Lusail. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a delightful dining experience by serving them delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and prepare traditional Indian dishes according to our menu and customer preferences
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes meet our standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items and seasonal specials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Follow sanitary practices for food handling, storage, and preparation
- Comply with all health codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Experience managing kitchen staff and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create unique flavors while maintaining authenticity in dishes
- Strong communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with other chefs
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have legal authorization to work in Lusail
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
