Administrative Director
We are currently seeking a highly organized and driven Administrative Director to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor office budgets and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for daily operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating communication and addressing concerns
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Oversee maintenance of office facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of budgeting principles
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
