We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team to ensure they meet individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
Requirements:
- Indian national with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
