Administrative Director
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Director to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee various administrative functions within the company. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative department
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Monitor budget and expenses related to administrative services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of operations
- Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Plan and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a leadership position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Preference:
This position is suitable for men who have a working knowledge of Arabic language.
