Office Assistant - Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are in search of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of our office. This position is open to Indian nationals who have strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
- Organize and schedule appointments for management team
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry, scanning, and filing tasks as needed
- Support HR department with onboarding processes for new employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary & Benefits:
This is a part-time position offering a monthly salary of 1300$. The working hours are flexible with potential for growth within the company. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
