Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our organization by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and manage databases
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents and budget reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$. Final salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
