Customer Service Cashier
We are hiring a Customer Service Cashier to join our team at a retail store in Doha, Qatar. As a cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Handle product returns and exchanges in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month, along with benefits such as accommodation, visa sponsorship (for non-Qataris), and opportunities for career growth within the company.
