Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position is open to Indian nationals who have experience working in an office setting and are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with documentation and filing
- Maintain contact lists and vendor information
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month
