We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Jeddah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, inventory control, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Create employee schedules, manage payroll, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional events and strategies to attract new customers.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, expectations, and address any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Proven track record in increasing revenue while maintaining cost control measures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid work visa in Saudi Arabia.
