The Dukhan office of a multinational company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring smooth operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Assist in organizing company events
- Support HR with onboarding new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indian culture is preferred
