Head Chef - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation. You will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating menus and developing new recipes while maintaining consistency and adhering to food safety standards. Your role will also involve managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Extensive knowledge of Pakistani or Malayalee cuisine
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1800 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Accommodation provided.
Note: This position is open to both experienced chefs and freshers who have completed culinary training. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Saudi candidates.
