Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain budgets for the restaurant
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items and specials
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is preferred but not required
Salary:
$1100 per month (tax-free) plus bonuses based on performance.
