Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of Indian flavors and cooking techniques. They will be responsible for creating and executing menus, training and managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and controlling food costs. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$, open to English-speaking candidates with a valid biometric passport. Accommodation is not provided.
