We are a reputable bakery located in the bustling city of Nizwa, Oman and we are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1500$. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to our recipes and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Duties:
- Prepare doughs, batters and fillings for various baked goods
- Bake breads, pastries and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries as per customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, utensils and tools
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Order necessary ingredients and supplies for baking production
- Ensure all products are properly labeled with correct dates for freshness
