Indian Executive Chef in Riyadh
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that reflect the Indian cuisine and culture
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in an Indian restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to create authentic dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
