Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Mecca. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating new dishes and menus, maintaining food safety standards, and controlling food costs. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is required. Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of Malayalee or Egyptian cuisine being an added advantage. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
