We are hiring a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in Nizwa. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, and other desserts. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, baking and decorating products, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes
- Mix, knead, shape and bake doughs
- Prepare fillings, frostings and toppings for cakes and pastries
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Monitor baking process to ensure product consistency and quality
- Decorate baked goods with icing or glazes
- Follow food safety standards in handling raw materials
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef preferred
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to use various kitchen equipment
- Good time-management skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends
- Attention to detail
- Physical endurance to stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1600$ per month
