We are in search of a skilled Baker to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and monitoring the baking process. You must have a strong understanding of different types of flours, yeast, and other ingredients used in baking.

As a Baker, you should be able to follow recipes and techniques accurately to produce high-quality products. You must also have excellent time-management skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to ensure that all products meet our standards for taste, appearance, and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Shape dough into different forms such as loaves or rolls
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked properly
- Decorate baked goods with icing or toppings as needed
- Maintain proper inventory levels for ingredients
- Clean work area and equipment regularly
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow health codes and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, and other baking ingredients
