Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine (Al Ahmadi, Kuwait)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure their satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms

Requirements:
- Experience as a waiter/waitress in an Indian restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Team player mentality
- Good physical stamina
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
