Experienced Waiter/Waitress in Khasab


We are seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our restaurant team in the beautiful city of Khasab. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations to guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and timing
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or special requests
- Handle payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with opening/closing tasks as needed

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and performance.
