We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working as a barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Educate customers about our coffee products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Must be legally eligible to work in Kuwait with valid visa sponsorship if applicable

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for the right candidate.
