Waiter - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking a hardworking and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using cash, credit, or debit cards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work station

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Prior experience as a waiter is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
