We are in need of a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our family in Salalah. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in childcare, and be able to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our children. This is a full-time position without accommodation, and we will provide a competitive salary of 900$ per month. We are also offering free visa and ticket for the right candidate. This is an urgent requirement, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children
- Supervise and monitor the safety of our children at all times
- Plan and prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Organize educational activities and games to promote development
- Assist with homework or school assignments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the children's play area
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Must have a genuine love for children and be patient, caring, and trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must be physically fit to keep up with energetic children
- Valid first aid certification is preferred
- Able to pass background check and provide references
