The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Indian cuisine and be able to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining quality and consistency. Responsibilities include supervising the kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills in English, and be familiar with traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
