Job Title: Indian Chef - English Speaking

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Chef who is fluent in English to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our customers. Your role will also involve managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase traditional Indian cuisine
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
- Monitor food supplies, order ingredients, and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef with knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
