Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and electrical work.
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and furniture.
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the appearance of the property.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with plumbing and electrical systems.
- Maintain inventory of necessary tools and supplies.
